For an affordable annual fee you can resolve HR issues and improve your overall HR management in your organisation though discussion with an experienced HR consultant. Examples include discussions about difficult staffing situations, discussions about organisation change and questions on employment law. A one month free trial assures you of quality before you commit.

We will take on any HR issue you may have. We will do this as a fixed price project. Examples include the recruitment of staff, the setting up and management of an appraisal system and the management of staff development. The first no-commitment visit by us to discuss the project is free.

We will work on a long term basis as interim HR Managers or Directors responsible for any aspect of HR in your organisation, however large or small. We will do this part time or short-term full-time and periodically as needed. Examples include cover for short term workload peaks, maternity cover and cover for major initiatives.
