Jan was fantastic at seeing me as promptly as she could.  I had a pain in the ball of my foot, I could barely walk on that foot.  Jan gave me a tip at the time to ease the pain until she could see me the next day.

She squeezed me in, and got straight to the culprit in the ball of my foot.  She also gave me the full treatment for the rest of my foot and the other foot.  The added value was the Fleecy web (soft padded pad) she placed across my ‘infury’ to allow the damaged tissue, for want of a better word, to become less angry.  I had instant reduction in pain on that foot and the next day there was no more pain.

Thank you Jan, I look forward to getting nail wraps treatment, as you make me feel it’s worth looking after my feet!! You are easily referable.

You popped over to give us a quote for sorting out the patio and ended up managing our garden.

Whilst you are working on the garden there is no distribution to my day as you are able to get on with what you think needs doing.  You always leave me with something extra to think about to do next time.

Mark you are a star, always working hard, leaving the garden looking wonderful and no mess either, how do you do it?

Kevin is so pleased I have met you as it’s been a busy year for him and the thought of just cutting the grass was bringing him out in hives, so I thank you on his behalf.

"For the third consecutive year my car has just been serviced and MOT'd by Wheelbase. They also serviced the air conditioning which has never been done before. As usual, the service was efficient and friendly with a minimum of fuss. You deliver your car and get the keys to the courtesy car. Jamie shows you to the car, and explains anything you might need to know about it. Later on that day he calls you to let you know if there have been any particular problems, or extra parts that are required. When I returned to collect my car I was even pleasantly surprised at the size of the bill! Every year I anticipate that Wheelbase will tell me that my car has had its day, but they manage to keep it on the road without a problem.

Best of all is being treated with politeness and courtesy at all times. I can't imagine ever taking my car anywhere else."
