Heart Of Sussex Chapter

Welcome to the BNI Heart Of Sussex Website

Based in Haywards Heath our chapter started in June 2003. We meet every Wednesday morning for breakfast at the Priory Restaurant, Haywards Heath between 6:45am and 8:30am.

Each week all members have the opportunity to speak about their business. Members can invite visitors in the hope that they may want to join the group. Each chapter allows only one person from each profession to be represented. All members of your chapter will keep a supply of everyone's business cards to pass on with a recommendation of your company to anyone who may benefit from your products or services. Referral is the best form of business anyone could ask for and this is what BNI is all about, and why it is so successful.

All BNI chapters apppoint a management team from amongst the members and each team then presides for six months. The team consists of a chairman, an education officer, a membership co-ordinator, a membership committee, a secretary/treasurer and two or three visitor hosts. Successful networking requires a high level of commitment. We follow the BNI rules for our meetings but also try to keep the mood light and the atmosphere friendly.
